Viridian
This wine exhibits the intense richness found only in the new-age Dijon clones tempered with the elegance of the old-guard Pommard clone.Fresh cane berries and dark cherry accented with sweetness from toasted oak barrels, as well as velvet-like tannins, lend this wine a distinctive, superior character. A rich, deep ruby color leads to forward, ripe dark cherry and pomegranate aromas. The flavors are medium to full in body and show cherry; berry, and a hint of toasted oak leading to a taste of spice on the long finish.

I still believe it is the simplest way to rate a wine, with its origins from grade school in the United States. A wine that I rate 90 points or more is outstanding (A), and worth buying. If I rate a wine 95 points or more (A+), it is a must buy.
